Patty Melts

Some butter and one sliced onion.
Extra lean ground beef with salt and pepper and Worstershire sauce.
Substituted rye bread for Hawaiian buns. The sweet flavor complemented the meat well. Two slices of swiss cheese on each with onions. 

Well, guys I did it! I made some homemade patty melts. The recipe is from the Pioneer Woman's blog for Patty Melts. It's so easy that I just kept in mind what was needed and estimated. Give it a try!!!
